Equestrian marketing and website design firm Equerry / Co has announced a special partnership with the USEF as well as broader-reaching initiatives aimed at expanding the sport and closing the accessibility gap. Equerry / Co will donate a portion of proceeds from work performed to the USEF’s Opportunity Fund, which is aimed at supporting organizations around the country with their work to provide opportunities in their communities.

“For our sport and industry to continue to grow, I believe we need to close the accessibility gap,” founder & MD Christine Bjerkan explained in the announcement. “Inspiring uptake to our sport from the top down is easy, as we’re already communicating with our target market; fellow or aspiring equestrians. Encouraging participation from those who for a long time have felt excluded, however, is difficult.”

As an additional element of Equerry / Co’s work, the firm will also be providing website design services at a discounted rate to recognized USEF Community Outreach Organizations.
