Emerging Equestrian Professional Course (EEPC) Scholarship

Applications due by March 18, 2022

The EEPC Scholarship covers the full tuition to attend the Emerging Equestrian Professional Course (March 28- May 6, 2022; virtual), offered by The Rising Equestrian Pro.

The 6-week Emerging Equine Professional Course helps riders strategically prepare for a professional equine career by providing a ‘behind the scenes’ look at how to run a successful riding/training business. Instructed by Emily Urban, this live, virtual course brings in technical experts within the equine industry (book-keeping, law, marketing, mental health, etc.) and pairs these discussions with honest, frank conversations with current professionals in the Eventing, H/J, and Dressage worlds. Weekly assignments and feedback help students lay a tangible framework for their future business launch. This is also an opportunity for students to build a community of support with their peers for when they enter the industry… Don’t go on this journey alone!

This course was developed to address a critical need in our equine industry: Prepare riders with a business mindset before they launch into their professional career to set them up for long-term success. We need prepared, successful equine professionals at all levels to keep our sport robust.
